The free soaps, shampoo, and conditioner were all bottles of Dove! I was very pleasantly surprised - I hate the hotel bar soaps. Breakfast had a turkey sausage option which was perfect for someone wanting healthy options. All staff we encountered were very kind and helpful.

The front desk attendant was very welcoming. I did not get his name, but he called me by name the next time he saw me. I really liked that. The game room, gym, location, safety, and quietness, cleanliness were very nice during my stay. There were plenty of grocery stores nearby. Kroger is right across the street with a gas station. Sam's Club is next door, and Walmart is less than a mile away. I'll stay here every time I visit Bowling Green from now on. The A/C worked great as well.

The facility was fine there was just a strange smell throughout the hotel. Never did figure out what it was. Even my 3 and 5 year old immediately picked up on it. We were tired and only staying one night, but if we had to stay another we probably would have changed hotels.
